Paul Mitchell The School Phoenix will permit any covered individual to attend or participate in the course of education during the period beginning on the date on which the individual provides to the educational institution a certificate of eligibility for entitlement to educational assistance under chapter 31 or 33 and ending on the earlier of the following dates:

The date on which the Department of Veterans Affairs provides payment for such course of education to such institution.

The date that is 90 days after the date on which the educational institution certifies for tuition and fees following receipt from the student such certificate of eligibility. Paul Mitchell The School Phoenix will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual borrow additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obligations to the institution due to the delayed disbursement of funding from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The school will not automatically renew a covered individual in a course and or program. All enrollment in courses will be discussed and approved by the individual before the enrollment in the course.

The school will accommodate shore absences for such services in the armed forces, we will allow enrolled members of the Armed Forces, including reserve components and National Guard to be readmitted if such members are temporarily unavailable or must suspend enrollment by reason of serving in the Armed Forces.

The school will do a financial planning session prior to enrollment to discuss the availability of federal financial aid, not administered by VA that is offered by the institution. At which time we will alert the individual of the potential eligibility for other federal financial aid before packaging or arranging student loans or alternative financing.
